POEI INFORMATIQUE PARIS
IBMi specialist operator (M/F)
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your main tasks are as follows:
- Ensures proper operation of operating devices.
- IBMi update.
- Backup management.
- Supervise the technical infrastructure and propose solutions to optimize the use of resources and facilitate their administration.
- Troubleshooting: incident diagnosis, identification, formulation and resolution.
- Responsible for updating and maintaining operating procedures and descriptive documentation for the information system and networks.
- Process automation.
- Drafting technical documentation.
- Level I & II user support.
Skills required
- Bac à Bac +2 informatique
- Read and written technical English
- Drafting of technical documentation and procedures.
